 GUARANTEE OF CUT FLOWERS VARIETY & COLOURS SUPPLY
To assist in providing a guarantee of variety and colours. orders must be made at least 30 days prior to the date that you require delivery of the flowers, unless we provide you with an alternate timeframe.

 REGARDING THE GUARANTEE
While there are no problems with most orders, the Cold Room suppliers may occasionally be unable to supply a certain variety or colour on the day of delivery because the grower has not been able to supply what has been ordered. In that circumstance the following option 1 or option 2 will apply.

OPTION 1.  If the supplier becomes aware of this prior to our collection of the order, the supplier will contact us as to a substitution that will be available. Should that occur, if we consider the substitution to be significant, we will contact you to seek your instructions as to substitution.

OPTION 2.  If we are unaware of this problem until collection time, we will telephone you from the Cold Room to seek your instructions.

REMEDY If a suitable substitution cannot be accommodated, the only remedy is a refund for the product that cannot be supplied, which will occur immediately in the case of option 1, or in the case of option 2, immediately subsequent to delivery of your order.

 PRIORITISED ORDERS
Orders received less than 30 days before the required delivery date, will be accepted on the basis that there is no guarantee as to the provision of the variety and colours of the flowers ordered. However the order will be receive prioritisation and a strong commitment to achieving the flowers as ordered.

 IMPORTED FLOWERS
Sometimes imported flowers are the only option for certain seasonal varieties or varieties in the colder months. Even with pre-orders and doing everything “right”, we are dealing with an imported product that can have unforeseeable issues which can prevent supply, such as customs deeming them unsafe to come into the country, late arrivals due to air freight, grower doesn’t have any to pick that week due to the high demand.

ROSE ORDERS
Rose unpacking, de-thorning, removal of guard petals, hand tying & vases (as depicted in rose images), is not included in the price of the roses. We can provide you with a price at the time of ordering.

OPTIONAL SERVICE FOR ROSES
If you choose to have your roses unpacked & de-thorned with removal of guard petals (if any), it would most likely need to be performed at the place of delivery, as the flowers are generally delivered to you directly after we pick them up from the cold room supplier. We would need you to provide an undercover work table for this service. The price for this service is $30.00 per hour which would be quoted. Most jobs would likely be completed within 1 hour.

 MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
Minimum order value is $295.00 and $390.00 for the Colombian Rose Named Varieties.

PAYMENT
A 20% deposit is required when a quote is agreed upon and the order is first made. The remaining 80% needs to be paid 10 working days prior to delivery date.

GOVERNMENT & CORPORATE
The above payment terms do not apply. An official purchase order only is required, and a 7 day invoice will be issued upon delivery.

Minimum order value for a 'BUY DAY' is $39.00

Payment of a 'BUY DAY' PayPal invoice, must be made ASAP after being notified by email that the ordered flowers are available.

The prices displayed on the website may not be available for Mother's Day or Valentine's Day periods.

Orders for supply within those periods, may have a surcharge which will be included in the (no obligation to pay) invoice we send you.

If the invoice is paid, then once we order and pay our supplier your order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Unless otherwise set out in the invoice sent to you, there is no arranging or any other floristry service provided.

Vases are for display purposes only and are not included in the price.

 Some Asiatics Lilies may develop yellowing leaves in the latter part of their vase life.

Compensation for damaged or defective product, can only be made by way of refund.

Lilies and Sunflowers are mainly supplied in bud, however some may be partially opened.

Delivery will be made in 20 litre buckets with water. Please ensure that you have your own containers ready, for transfer of the flowers.
